BIO
Alissa has been an avid shutterbug for most of her life, but started as a professional photographer in 2015. After making the leap to pro, she has been published in many wedding and fashion magazines.
In 2018, Alissa joined the staff of the Neighbours Of Ancaster magazine as their head photographer, published by Best Version Media. Later in 2020, she signed up as the in-house photographer and creative coordinator for Zolota, an avant garde Canadian rock fashion magazine.
And in 2021, Alissa was awarded that year’s best event photographer by Giggster, Toronto’s top search engine for event and wedding venues.

ABOUT MY STYLE

In my wedding photography, I strive to bring elements of fashion to the craft. My style is closest to fine art with a touch of cinematic flair. I love to create images that can often stand alone as a piece of art. During the main wedding events, I am focused on capturing candid moments and catching the atmosphere of the day in artistic reportage style shots. My carefully styled traditional group photos will live in your family albums and memories for the years to come.
Most importantly, the key shots involving the couple will be in a dark fine art style, but at the request of the client, the entire wedding can be shot in the same dark and moody style.
